Where are you based and which cities do you serve?
Our head-office is based in Navi Mumbai along with our production facilities in the surrounding vicinity. We ship our products to all the major cities througout India - however, the free delivery is available only in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane at the moment.
How do I place an order?
To place your order with CJ Interio, please call us directly at +91 9920 830 830 or email us at [email protected] One of our team members will get back to you with an invitation to visit our one-of-its-kind Experience Centre in Navi Mumbai. We can share the soft copy of the product look-book along with the price-list upon request.
What kind of material do you use to produce the furniture?
All the products/furiture that we make are made from the best quality material. Below is the list of material that we use to produce the furniture:
- Particle Boad, MDF, BWP-grade, Commercial, Semi Marine and Marine plywood with anti-termite treatment
- Laminates: 0.80mm to 1mm thickness
- Veneer: 0.6mm to 3mm thickness
- Sofa material: Salwood
What sort of warranty do your products carry?
We offer a 10-year warranty on all the products.
What are the payment terms?
We require 50% advance payment for all the orders on furniture products. 50% balance needs to be cleared once your product(s) is/are ready for the dispatch. You can either pay by Cheque, Debit/Credit cards or Net Banking.
What is the expected delivery time?
The average lead times are 45 working days, if you're ordering a pre-designed package. For a single furniture unit, the delivery period is 7 working days. For fully customised solutions, the delivery period will be calculated according to the volume of work. We will provide you with a precise lead time at the time of your order.
I have received my furniture. Who does the assembly?
If you are from Mumbai, Navi Mumbai or Thane region, just send us an assembly request at [email protected] and our teams will visit your place within working 48 hours for the assembly - it's absolutely free of cost.
What if the furniture gets damaged in the transit?
All the transit related damages are totally our responsibility. We will replace the product without any questions asked.

Note: The complaint should reach us within 12 hours of the delivery. The final decision to replace a product rests with our senior management teams.
